I contacted Josh to pre-arrange mom’s memorial because she was becoming medically assisted by Washington County and the need to insure her wishes became a concern for me as the money needed to be put aside. Josh was very helpful and informative and given the limited funds gave me a feeling that it could be done respectfully. I inquired at our local funeral home, but it was twice as expensive as Southern. I grew up in South St. Paul as did most of our relatives, which makes it easier for them to attend.
The most important and useful information you can get is what your loved one wants at the time of death. I didn’t have all the answers I needed but talking with Josh and Richard helped me to understand the options that are available.
